Sponsorworks

  • Sponsorworks is our hospitality ticketing system, if a sponsor has tickets within their contract the lead administrator for the team will receive a link to register their guests. Guest details required are first name, last name and email address. Once entered into the system, all guests will receive an invitation email with further details of how to register for their ticket. If a guest chooses to decline their invitation, the lead administrator will receive an email notification that the guest has declined and then the opportunity to reallocate that ticket to someone else for use. Once all tickets have been allocated, the lead administrator will be unable to send anymore tickets unless someone declines the invitation.

  • When a lead administrator is listed as the lead they will receive an email with registration details and the opportunity to set a password. You can sign in using this link. You can reset your password if you have forgotten it. If you are experiencing any issues with logging in, please contact hospitality@londonmarathonevents.co.uk.

  • If a guest has registered to attend hospitality, and can no longer attend please contact hospitality@londonmarathonevents.co.uk and the hospitality team can cancel their registration, which will alert the lead administrator that the ticket can now be reallocated.
