Every 10 minutes, somewhere in the world, someone is diagnosed with primary bone cancer, yet it remains an under-researched and under-funded disease.
The Bone Cancer Research Trust is the leading charity dedicated to fighting primary bone cancer. Our mission is to save lives and improve outcomes through research, information, awareness, and support.
Due to this lack of research, there have been no significant improvements in survival rates for nearly 30 years, but we aim to change this.
With your support, every penny raised helps us move closer to finding kinder, more effective treatments for bone cancer patients.
Your donation will help support people going through treatment for primary bone cancer and help fund research to find a cure. Here’s what your money could do:
- £5 allows us to send one awareness pack to provide vital information to primary bone cancer patients.
- £40 funds an hour of research by one of our primary bone cancer researchers.
- £100 allows us to hold one of our virtual Bone Cancer and Bone Tumour Support Groups allowing those affected to come together.
- £140 allows us to train a PhD student for one day in a discipline focused on primary bone cancer.
