If you're successful in the international ballot, you'll need to pay the entry fee of £225 to secure your place in the 2025 TCS London Marathon. Please note that £26 of this entry fee will be invested in certified projects to balance CO2 emissions from participant travel.

International participant travel is the largest contributor to the carbon footprint of the TCS London Marathon, accounting for more than 90 per cent. While we want to encourage the global community of marathon runners to take part in our event, we also want to protect our natural environment.

That's why, across all our events and operations, we're taking action to reduce and eliminate greenhouse gas-emitting activities while monitoring our carbon footprint closely – and we want to inspire you to do the same.
